student in labThe biophysics option is ideal for students who wish to pursue a career in medicine, or those who wish to work in one of the many careers requiring an interdisciplinary knowledge of physics and biology: biomedical engineering, biophysical research, and medical technology to name a few.

The Physics Bachelor of Science degree is a four year program consisting of 124 credit hours and is awarded by Purdue University.
